GENERAL DESCRIPTION 

Answering365 is an award-winning answering service founded in 1989 based in Los Angeles, CA. We deliver a wide array of professional telephone answering services to more than 400 businesses nationwide, including medical, legal, property management, financial, information technology, and multiple other industries. We pride ourselves on being a full-service provider of inbound calls, messaging, urgent dispatch, scheduling, and other call-center services, all available 24/7/365.

Our company is expanding, and we are hiring call center agents. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to learn, grow and advance within our company and who work well in a fast-paced environment. 

DUTIES INCLUDE

Agents answer calls following various client-approved scripts and protocols; capture appropriate information and enter that into a telephony system; transfer calls, relay verbal messages, and/or deliver information via email, text message, fax etc.; schedule appointments, take orders and emergency dispatch.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to type minimum of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to maintain calm in unpredictable situations
  • Positive attitude at all times
  • Open to receive coaching and skills development feedback
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously

PREFERENCES

  • 1+ years in phone customer service and/or call center experience preferred
  • MS Office knowledge a plus
  • Spanish bilingual a plus/preferred
  • Knowledge of Call Center systems a plus

TYPE OF POSITION

Full-time (part-time during training); shifts may vary. Please be available to work one day on weekends.

SALARY 

$14.25/hour training (90,days),then $15.00 /hour. We promote from within and provide bonuses/benefits after 90 days employment.
